M.K.Sridhar is a post graduate in Commerce and a doctorate from Mysore University. He has taught and specialized in Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Managerial Communication, Training and Development and Business Ethics. Dr. K. Janardhanam's qualifications are M.Com, M.Phil and Ph.D. He has specialized in Finance and Accounting. He has presented more than five international and twenty national papers. He has five books to his credit. He is the recipient of Accredited Management Teacher of AIMA and Global Man Award, 2006. He is widely travelled to countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Bahrain and Germany. He has completed couple of research projects of bodies like UGC. He served as Chairman and member of various Boards of Appointment, Board of Examinations and Board of Studies of various Universities. He has successfully guided many Ph.Ds. Dr. Cynthia Menezes Prabhu is working as an Associate Professor, in CBSMS, BUB. She has to her credit MBA, Ph.D and over 25 years teaching experience with 15 years in Post-Graduation Level. She has produced Five Ph.D and presently guiding Eight Ph.D Scholars. She has several National and International publications in her credit. She has been Keynote Speaker and Chair Person in Technical Sessions at National and International Conferences. She has conducted workshops on Media Management for Managers and Project Management. Dr. Nirmala. M is working as an Assistant Professor. She has to her credit MBA, M.Com, M.Phil, Ph.D, having more than 14 years of experience in teaching and research, Specialised in Finance, Human Resource management, Operation Research and Taxation. So far 10 Articles are Published in various journals and participated and presented more than 30 research papers at National and International conferences and also got an opportunity to chair technical sessions at international conferences. She is guiding good number of research students and got an UGC Major Research Project on "Reaching the unreached through RTI".
